Check all round the boiler for any leaks would be my first advice. secondly you say that water leaks, where is this from. photos may help me diagnose it :D hope this is some help and i can help you oin the future

hi all
can any one help im trying to trace the history of two fowler traction engines Fowler no 13880 Built 1917 Class aa6 16nhp 2 gears compound cylinders Reg # NO371 Fowler no 18885 the top engine may be scrapped mostly after the engine history Previous owners ETC thanks nick96

could be that the engines were being transported secretly(so far off shore)to some where further south(small ship)possibly to be taken to france???
have you found out what shipping restrictions road restrictions etc were in place ??
